Cesar is an entrepreneurial creative design leader who reframes complex business challenges into unexpected brand and product solutions. Partnering with Apple, Nike, Fiat, Johnson & Johnson, NARS, Royal Bank of Scotland, Smirnoff, and T-Mobile, he has consistently challenged conventions, reshaped category narratives, and delivered creative solutions that connect with audiences and drive measurable business growth.

 

Combining strategic storytelling, design thinking, and emerging technologies, Cesar interrogates assumptions, uncovers unmet needs, and opens new possibilities for the brands and people he works with. A conceptual thinker as much as a creative executor, he translates strategic insight into bold, original solutions that reframe how brands show up, compete, and grow. His work spans integrated brand and product design, audience engagement and advocacy programs, e-commerce ecosystems, immersive education and training experiences, and award-winning global campaigns.

 

As a leader, Cesar has directed and collaborated with high-performance multidisciplinary teams across continents, fostering creative cultures where talent thrives from new graduates to seasoned experts. He inspires teams to think beyond the expected and challenge what exists in order to build something genuinely better, while cultivating deep relationships with cross-functional partners to align creative ambition with strategic objectives.

 

Entrepreneurial at heart, Cesar has founded and developed ventures that leverage mixed reality, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to create impact in healthcare, sustainability, public safety, and retail. His operational fluency spanning product strategy, creative direction, and business development has helped build creative capabilities that scale, sustain, and grow.

 

Cesar began his creative career designing iconic video games and interactive experiences including Batman, Star Wars, Super Mario Bros., and Mavis Teaches Typing for Nintendo, LucasArts, DC Comics, and Mindscape, embedding technology and storytelling into his DNA from the start. Today, he remains passionate about unlocking creativity in people, orchestrating bold ideas, and leading original thinking that transforms both brands and the people they serve.
