Targeted to affluent families with complex financial needs, RBS envisioned a new digital service to help their customers manage and reach their financial potential. By making simple tasks easily self-served, it gives people more control of their money and goals while helping the bank run more efficiently. Customers are able to view the performances of their finances, create new plans and goals, move money and assets, while automating recurring transactions. All this allows more time for their PB Manager to assist them with more complicated matters. Customers can schedule consultation sessions, track tasks and documents, and collaborate with their personal Private Banking Manager and a global team of RBS experts from just about anywhere.
